Abstract : This article is a follow-up to a thesis whose main question is: "Diversity of employees' perceptions and social behaviour: a question of convictions and passions? ». Before presenting the results of this thesis, he briefly reminds us of the content of the article (B-1) Critical and interpretative approach. The interest of this approach is to make a clear distinction between, on the one hand, the dominant statements of the organisations, those elucidated thanks to a critical approach, and the statements of everyone concerned by these organisations, statements, including the majorities, which may be different from the dominant ones. This distinction is essential and can lead to new results, including those of my thesis, which are based on the dialectic between these often antagonistic statements, a dialectic that is undoubtedly argued or in action, but also a dialectic driven by affects, including those that push each person to find one statement "good" and not another.
